Read on to learn about the most surprising thing Hyland keeps in his bathroom cabinet, the products his fiancée Wells Adams wants to borrow, and what he does to relax. (Hint: This has to do with the tarot.)

What is one of your earliest beauties?

I remember hating my mom for not putting enough makeup on me when I was Princess Jasmine for Halloween. I also remember being angry with my mother [laughs] because I wasn’t put on any makeup when I was Megara [from Hercules ] for Halloween. My cousins were ghosts that year, and they had dead face makeup, and I just saw that as makeup . I told my mom, "Do my makeup like that," and she was like, "They're dead," and I was like, "Well, I'm dead Megara." So I was dead Megara when I was 9 years old because it meant I had to wear more makeup.

So you're always in makeup. What are some of your makeup products today?

I love Ilia so much. The Limitless Lash Lengthening Mascara ($ 28) is really impressive. I love Merit too. I’m not a makeup artist, and even though I love makeup, I’m not good at doing it. Merit makes it easy — they make them complexion sticks where it's like brush, brush, blend and then you go!

How about 459014 ] How is skincare? 19659005] I Love Neutrogena Facial Makeup Remover ($ 5). I always use them . But I ' m also in the middle of trying different things, like a new system. . ] UpLift Facial Massaging Beauty Roller ($ 69) . That’s awesome, and I also use the gua sha tool.

Do you have any other beauty go-tos besides Neutrogena? For me, I always come back to Dr. Pepper Lip Smacker.

Oh, pare, that nonsense is the best. Yes, I always come back to Aquaphor Healing Ointment ($ 10). It's easy. This is good. It’s also really nice for creating a glossy cover. It remains. I think another good staple is a spoolie brush . Always have a spoolie with you.

Oh, for your amazing eyebrows. You mentioned Aquaphor. Have you ever tried slugging? This is a TikTok trend where they seal the moisturizer using Aquaphor or Vaseline.

What are teenagers doing today? [laughs]

Is there anything surprising we can find in your bathroom cabinet?

Laxatives? I do not know. Every person gets constipated from time to time.

Ha ha, yes, especially during a pandemic. Too much stress.

Girl, lots of cheese!

How's your hair? It's just naturally curly, right?

Yeah, it's ' ' s curly. I ' rely on Sourse Beauty Bites ($ 34) [19] our bio. It’s really great for strengthening your hair, and it has also helped me with hair growth. I always diffuse my hair and use a good gel. People are afraid of the gel, but if you see a good one, the result is not brittle! your fiancée Wells Adams, ever stole any of your products? Do you make any face masks together or anything like that?

Yes! I have started to double up on my eye patches because he wears them every morning. We usually use FlashPatches ($ 25) of Patchology or the Peter Thomas Roth Patchology or the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hydra-G [501][94] Water Drench Hydra-G] and we keep them in the refrigerator.

Finally, what do you do to relieve stress and cool down?

First, I take Sourse's Mood Bites ($ 34). It really helps calm you down, and they also have vitamin D3 and saffron, which are mood boosters, so they’re really wonderful. Saffron has some great benefits for the body. So I do that, then I light a saint's whip or incense. I usually just lie in a circle of candles in the dark using my tarot cards and become a witch.

I've always wanted to know when someone was fond of tarot and all that. Do you also love astrology? What's your signal?

Yeah, I like all of that. I am a Sagittarius sun with Scorpio shining.

I am a Libra with Scorpio rising. That makes sense that you ' re into tarot and everything.

Yes, we love witchcraft and murder. [laughs]
