I Tried H & M's Superb Brock Collab – Here Are 5 Pieces I'll Buy Right Away

If there's one brand that I count myself as a big fan of, it's Brock Collection. The California-based brand co-founded and designed by Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock is a romantic, sophisticated take on american fashion, and I can’t get enough of its beautiful pieces. So when I heard that the design duo had teamed up with H&M for a collaboration, I knew I had to try it out for myself.

Unlike many collaborations that can be a departure from a brand's core DNA, the Brock Collection x H&M looks like it could have been plucked straight from the runway. The capsule is stocked with signature Brock Collection designs, including framed bustier tops with gathered peplums, floral dresses with scallop-edged shoulder straps, and fixed straight -leg jeans in perfect vintage laundry. The main difference is the more easily accessible price points under $ 60, which guarantees that the pieces will sell right away. Ahead, check out the five items I tried from the Brock Collection x H&M that I will add right away to my summer wardrobe .

Now that the world is opening up, hunting for "body replenishment" seems to be spoiled by evening dates and upcoming events, and this dress is exactly what I'm looking for. I can already think of so many places to wear it.

The structured dress is finished in a stunning floral print and has a sweetheart neckline. I tried the dark brown version, but I was also looking at the powder-pink colorway.

I practically live in jeans and tops, so I didn ' t immediately look at these pieces from the collection. The top of the corset is finished with a gathered underwire cup and a flared peplum in the finest shade of pearly cream. The jeans are taken on the classic chopped, straight-leg silhouette of the Brock Collection which is a staple of the fashion-insider. I paired the look of the brand’s ruched, sharp flat-an elegant take on the easy flats that you’ll definitely want to snap.

Since the Brock Collection is a master of florals, I tried another printed dress-this time in a loose silhouette. The bodice has a fairly pleated treatment and laces on the upper shoulder straps, and the bottom has a throwback bubble hem.

If you are in the market for a flowy summer dress, this is the style to add to your cart. There is also a top version that I like to style jeans.
